The Green Man
Keith Allison MA FRSM,
Keith’s early life had seen him gain a graduate at the University of Exeter where he achieved a Higher Research Degree in Animal Management. He later became a Research Fellow in the Veterinary Epidemiology and Economics Research Unit (VEERU) at the University of Reading.
Health through Nutrition
One of Keith’s abiding interests was the identification and use of natural viable sources of Bio-Active compounds found in plants and their role in the maintenance of good health. Since the early 1980’s Keith had taken a leading role in the development of products steered toward a natural diet without the use of commonly used manmade synthetic vitamins and chemical compounds.
This approach of using natural viable resources has become increasingly more recognised as a valuable contribution to helping the maintenance of optimal health and the management of chronic diseases, including skin, digestion, joint problems, and parasite infestation.
Keith’s substantial experience in animal health and product development alongside his specialist advisory role within the production of organic foods and nutraceutical supplements in the veterinary and animal health sectors has given Green Pantry a unique background in feeding our pets.
Later Keith also became a fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine , a visiting lecture in Optimum Health and Welfare at several UK universities.
